Who is Senses for?
Senses is suitable for adults, regardless of age, relationship status, or gender.
Do I need a partner?
No! Most of the Senses practices are designed to be done alone, so you can focus clearly on your own sensations and emotions. A handful of practices require a partner, who can be a lover or a friend. Any of the practices can be explored with another person, if you choose.
Does it work?
All of Senses’ content and programs are created by coaches and experts with many years of experience. Your recommended program and exercises are based on studies that have confirmed their effectiveness.
